Short, readable terms for a beta platform. By creating an account you accept these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
HacxGPT is a beta-stage model platform: an API and a console. It is experimental and evolving. There is no uptime guarantee, and features, models, and endpoints may change.
One account per person or entity. API keys are personal and revocable; keep them secret. Accounts with a zero credit balance keep their account and keys, but cannot create new keys until topped up.
Usage is metered per token with a one-cent minimum per completed request. Streaming requests start with an estimated reservation and settle on actual token use. Prices can change while models are in beta; material changes are announced on the Updates page.
The Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is part of these terms. Authorization for the systems you test is your responsibility, not ours.
The service is provided as-is. Model outputs can be wrong, outdated, or blunt - you are the professional in the loop, and you verify what you ship.
We can suspend keys or accounts for AUP violations. Authorization violations are the fast path.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Read that twice before betting production money on a beta service.
